1. Sign in to your Greenhouse account and open the candidate profile containing the data you want to transfer, such as candidate information and interview notes.
2. In Greenhouse, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Candidate Name, Job Title, or Application Status.
3. Sign in to your Jira Software Cloud account and open the project where you want to add the Greenhouse data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Greenhouse such as Candidate Name, Job Title, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a project, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
