Now that you have the Magical Chrome extension installed, let's discuss how to transfer data from Greenhouse to Salesforce for more efficient recruitment and candidate management. Follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Greenhouse account and open the candidate profile containing the data you want to transfer, such as candidate information and application status.
2. In Greenhouse, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Candidate Name, Job Title, Email, or Application Status.
3. Sign in to your Salesforce account and open the record where you want to add the Greenhouse data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Greenhouse such as Candidate Name, Job Title, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
