2. In Freshservice, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Ticket ID, Issue Description, Priority, or Status.
3. Sign in to your Azure Devops Clicktime account and open the record where you want to add the Freshservice data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Freshservice such as Ticket ID, Issue Description, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
