1. Sign in to your Aljex account and open the shipment containing the data you want to transfer, such as shipment details, customer information, invoice data, and tracking number.
2. In Aljex, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Shipment Details, Customer Information, Invoice Data, or Tracking Number.
3. Sign in to your Outlook account and open the email where you want to add the Aljex data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Aljex such as Shipment Details, Customer Information, etc.
5. The next time you fill out an email, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
