1. Sign in to your source Outlook account and open the email containing the data you want to transfer, such as subject, recipient, message body, and attachments.
2. In Outlook, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Subject, Recipient, Message Body, or Attachments.
3. Sign in to your target Outlook account and open the email where you want to add the data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from the source Outlook account such as Subject, Recipient, etc.
5. The next time you compose an email, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
