3. Sign in to your LivePerson account and open the record where you want to add the Outlook data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Outlook such as Sender Name, Email Subject, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
