1. Sign in to your Zendesk account and open the ticket containing the data you want to transfer, such as customer information and issue details.
2. In Zendesk, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Ticket Number, Customer Name, Email, or Issue Description.
3. Sign in to your Zoom account and open the meeting where you want to add the Zendesk data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Zendesk such as Ticket Number, Customer Name, etc.
5. The next time you schedule a meeting, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
