1. Sign in to your Salesforce account and open the record containing the data you want to transfer, such as customer information and support details.
2. In Salesforce, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Customer Name, Email Address, or Support Details.
3. Sign in to your Freshdesk account and open the ticket where you want to add the Salesforce data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Salesforce such as First name, Company, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a ticket, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
