1. Sign in to your Office 365 account and open the email or document containing the data you want to transfer, such as contact information and company details.
2. In Office 365, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Contact Name, Email Address, or Company Name.
3. Sign in to your Vonage Business Communications account and open the contact or conversation where you want to add the Office 365 data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Office 365 such as Email, Company Name, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a contact or conversation, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
