1. Sign in to your Office 365 account and open the document containing the data you want to transfer, such as user information and job details.
2. In Office 365, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like User Name, Email Address, or Job Title.
3. Sign in to your Okta account and open the record where you want to add the Office 365 data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Office 365 such as User Name, Department, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
