1. Sign in to your Docusign account and open the document containing the data you want to transfer, such as document name, status, recipient email, and signature date.
2. In Docusign, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Document Name, Document Status, Recipient Email, or Signature Date.
3. Sign in to your Gmail account and open the email where you want to add the Docusign data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Docusign such as Document Name, Document Status, etc.
5. The next time you fill out an email, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
