1. Sign in to your Quickbooks account and open the invoice containing the data you want to transfer, such as invoice number, customer name, payment amount, and payment date.
2. In Quickbooks, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Invoice Number, Customer Name, Payment Amount, or Payment Date.
3. Sign in to your Stripe account and open the record where you want to add the Quickbooks data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Quickbooks such as Invoice Number, Customer Name, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
