2. In Pagerduty, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Incident Title, Assigned User, or Incident Status.
3. Sign in to your Slack account and open the channel where you want to add the Pagerduty data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Pagerduty such as Incident Title, Assigned User, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
