1. Sign in to your Namely account and open the employee profile containing the data you want to transfer, such as employee name, job title, email, and department.
2. In Namely, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Employee Name, Job Title, Email, or Department.
3. Sign in to your Salesforce account and open the record where you want to add the Namely data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Namely such as Employee Name, Job Title, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
