2. In Manageengine Servicedesk Cloud, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Ticket ID, Issue Description, Priority, or Status.
3. Sign in to your Microsoft Teams account and open the channel where you want to add the Manageengine Servicedesk Cloud data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Manageengine Servicedesk Cloud such as Ticket ID, Issue Description, etc.
