1. Sign in to your Gainsight account and open the customer profile containing the data you want to transfer, such as customer name, email, company, and health score.
2. In Gainsight, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Customer Name, Email, Company, or Health Score.
3. Sign in to your Zoom account and open the meeting where you want to add the Gainsight data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Gainsight such as Customer Name, Email, etc.
5. The next time you schedule a meeting, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
