1. Sign in to your Fax Plus account and open the fax containing the data you want to transfer, such as sender information and fax content.
2. In Fax Plus, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Sender Name, Fax Number, or Fax Content.
3. Sign in to your Salesforce account and open the record where you want to add the Fax Plus data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Fax Plus such as Fax Number, Sender Name, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
