1. Sign in to your Connectwise Manage account and open the invoice containing the data you want to transfer, such as invoice number, customer name, billing address, and total amount.
2. In Connectwise Manage, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Invoice Number, Customer Name, Billing Address, or Total Amount.
3. Sign in to your Xero account and open the record where you want to add the Connectwise Manage data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Connectwise Manage such as Invoice Number, Customer Name, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
