1. Sign in to your Connectwise Manage account and open the ticket containing the data you want to transfer, such as customer information and ticket details.
2. In Connectwise Manage, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Contact Name, Email Address, or Ticket Details.
3. Sign in to your Hubspot account and open the record where you want to add the Connectwise Manage data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Connectwise Manage such as Contact Name, Company Name, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
