1. Sign in to your Connectwise Manage account and open the record containing the data you want to transfer, such as customer information and service tickets.
2. In Connectwise Manage, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Customer Name, Email Address, or Service Ticket.
3. Sign in to your Sql Server account and open the database where you want to add the Connectwise Manage data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Connectwise Manage such as Customer Name, Service Ticket, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
