1. Sign in to your Appcues account and open the user profile containing the data you want to transfer, such as user name, email, company, and user activity.
2. In Appcues, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like User Name, Email, Company, or User Activity.
3. Sign in to your Salesforce account and open the record where you want to add the Appcues data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Appcues such as User Name, Email, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
