1. Sign in to your Affinity account and open the contact or company containing the data you want to transfer, such as contact information and company details.
2. In Affinity, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Contact Name, Email Address, or Company Name.
3. Open your Email and start composing a new email where you want to add the Affinity data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Affinity such as Contact Name, Company Name, etc.
5. The next time you compose an email, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the email with one click.
