2. In Servicenow, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Ticket Number, Issue Description, Priority Level, or Assigned To.
3. Sign in to your Slack account and open the channel where you want to add the Servicenow data.
4. Type "//" in the message box and select the information you want to transfer from Servicenow such as Ticket Number, Issue Description, etc.
5. The next time you send a message, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the message with one click.
