1. Sign in to your Cisco Webex Meetings account and open the meeting containing the data you want to transfer, such as meeting title, date, duration, and attendee list.
2. In Cisco Webex Meetings, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Meeting Title, Meeting Date, Meeting Duration, or Attendee List.
3. Sign in to your Salesforce account and open the record where you want to add the Cisco Webex Meetings data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Cisco Webex Meetings such as Meeting Title, Meeting Date, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
