Now that you have the Magical Chrome extension installed, let's discuss how to transfer data from Cisco Webex Meetings to Microsoft Outlook for more efficient meeting scheduling. Follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Cisco Webex Meetings account and open the meeting containing the data you want to transfer, such as meeting title, date and time, attendees, and notes.
2. In Cisco Webex Meetings, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Meeting Title, Date and Time, Attendees, or Meeting Notes.
3. Sign in to your Microsoft Outlook account and open the calendar event where you want to add the Webex Meetings data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Webex Meetings such as Meeting Title, Date and Time, etc.
5. The next time you create a calendar event, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
