1. Sign in to your Calendly account and open the event containing the data you want to transfer, such as event details and attendee information.
2. In Calendly, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Event Name, Event Date, Attendee Name, or Attendee Email.
3. Sign in to your Tookan account and open the task where you want to add the Calendly data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Calendly such as Event Name, Attendee Name, etc.
5. The next time you create a task, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
