1. Sign in to your Brex account and open the transaction containing the data you want to transfer, such as transaction date, amount, vendor name, and expense category.
2. In Brex, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Transaction Date, Transaction Amount, Vendor Name, or Expense Category.
3. Sign in to your Quickbooks account and open the record where you want to add the Brex data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Brex such as Transaction Date, Vendor Name, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
