The timezone integration is super useful too!

I haven't had the chance to use their customer support since it has never failed at any point for me, ut I'm pretty sure their support is also amazing.

For us it is very easy to use and with the mobile version it is also easy to update new things or to contact someone of the team real quick. We can also have different boards or chat room for each of the clients or projects we are involved.

This is my first time managing a CRM package and export/importing from our old and dated CRM was relatively easy. The biggest problem was caused by poor exporting functionality provided by ACT! Once exporting and data manipulation was complete, importing old CRM data to freshsales was easy.
Chat support is relatively quick and easy to use. Response time is relatively fast.
Support resolves any technical issues fairly quickly. If it takes multiple steps to troubleshoot, it is fully guided. For example, I needed to pull data from developer mode in my browser and it was easy to get the information needed due the live chat support and video examples provided.
