1. Sign in to your Quickbooks account and open the invoice containing the data you want to transfer, such as customer information and payment details.
2. In Quickbooks, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Customer Name, Invoice Number, or Payment Status.
3. Sign in to your Zendesk account and open the ticket where you want to add the Quickbooks data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Quickbooks such as Customer Name, Invoice Number, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a ticket, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
