1. Sign in to your Phaxio account and open the fax containing the data you want to transfer, such as recipient information and fax content.
2. In Phaxio, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Fax Number, Recipient Name, or Fax Content.
3. Sign in to your Salesforce account and open the record where you want to add the Phaxio data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Phaxio such as Fax Number, Recipient Name, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
