1. Sign in to your Aha account and open the feature containing the data you want to transfer, such as feature details and due dates.
2. In Aha, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Feature Name, Description, or Due Date.
3. Sign in to your Zendesk account and open the ticket where you want to add the Aha data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Aha such as Feature Name, Description, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a ticket, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
