1. Sign in to your Wix Automations account and open the client profile containing the data you want to transfer, such as client name, appointment date, service type, and payment status.
2. In Wix Automations, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Client Name, Appointment Date, or Service Type.
3. Sign in to your Practice Better account and open the record where you want to add the Wix Automations data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Wix Automations such as Client Name, Service Type, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
