1. Sign in to your Slack account and open the conversation containing the data you want to transfer, such as user messages and timestamps.
2. In Slack, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Username, Message Content, or Timestamp.
3. Sign in to your Zendesk account and open the ticket where you want to add the Slack data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Slack such as Username, Message Content, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a ticket, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
