1. Sign in to your Pipedrive account and open the deal containing the data you want to transfer, such as contact information and deal details.
2. In Pipedrive, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Deal Name, Contact Name, Email, or Company.
3. Sign in to your Zendesk account and open the ticket where you want to add the Pipedrive data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Pipedrive such as Deal Name, Contact Name, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a ticket, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
