1. Sign in to your Klaviyo account and open the customer profile containing the data you want to transfer, such as customer name, email address, purchase history, and customer segments.
2. In Klaviyo, label the information you want to transfer with Magical.
3. Sign in to your Zendesk account and open the ticket where you want to add the Klaviyo data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Klaviyo such as Customer Name, Email Address, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a ticket, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
