1. Sign in to your Airtable account and open the base containing the data you want to transfer, such as meeting details and attendee list.
2. In Airtable, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Meeting Title, Meeting Date, Meeting Time, or Attendee List.
3. Sign in to your Zoom account and open the meeting where you want to add the Airtable data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Airtable such as Meeting Title, Meeting Date, etc.
5. The next time you schedule a meeting, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
