Martin joins Magical from Healthy.io, where as CEO he led the company's commercialization strategy as it surpassed one million patients and expanded partnerships with major health plans and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to that, he served as President of Olive AI, a leading healthcare automation company, where he drove 2x revenue growth while achieving over 90% customer retention. His career also includes nearly 16 years at GE Healthcare, where he co-founded and served as Global CEO of GE Healthcare Partners. He helped scale the division from a small U.S. consultancy into a $100M+ global solutions business operating across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
Among his most recognized accomplishments, Martin led the partnership that produced the landmark Johns Hopkins Capacity Command Center, an AI-powered operational hub that transformed patient flow at one of the nation's top hospital systems, effectively adding the equivalent of 16 beds of capacity without expanding the physical footprint.
